Project "Be Somebody",Inc is non-profit organization . is going to renovation of the LaBrae Youth Sports Complex and the construction of the wheelchair accessible playground for children of all different capability levels, that will also be located at the LaBrae Sports Complex at Banks park in Braceville. This park and sports complex is used by children in the LaBrae School District. Braceville children does not have a public playground.There our so many children getting hit by car,hanging out in undesireable areas and getting in trouble, We are wanting to create a place where all children of all ages can meet,build social skills and motor skills with play. The ballfields are also in need of repair, for the children's safety,backstop are needed, due to kids getting hit in the face with baseball/softball. We believe that with safe areas to play, more children will be involved in a group setting which will also improve "safety in numbers" ( Alone we can do so little ; TOGETHER we can do so much more )

 

 

 

In addition to the playground we are also involved  with families in need such as :  Cancer benefits,families in financial crisis,fire victim assistance, Christmas and Easter assistance in time of need,ect....

 

We are always looking for volunteers whether it be for helping out or donation items for our chinese auction,benefits,and ect.............
